No one really thinks Joe and Kamala are running things. Many suggest Barack, and we might suppose he's being run by Valerie Jarrett. Remember, he needed a teleprompter to tell him what to say.
Let me suggest other possibilities.
1. The intelligence community. Sundance, editor of The Last Refuge, has long posited this. Regrading Bill Barr's recent return to the limelight, Sundance writes:
Bill Barr is protecting the weaponized institutions of the Director of National Intelligence (Bush/Cheney), the Dept of Justice – National Security Division [DOJ-NSD (Obama/Holder)], the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA Court), and the Dept of Homeland Security (Bush/Cheney). These institutions, according to AG Bill Barr, are now in full control of the executive branch, full control of government, and now more powerful than the Office of the President of the United States.
This is the position of the DC system and everyone within it. This is why Bill Barr is positioning himself as the tip of the spear. This position is the entire reason why President Trump was told to hire Bill Barr, because Bill Barr had a job to do…. preserve the institutions, he helped build, at all costs. This is also why Bill Barr protected Robert Mueller, and never impeded the Andrew Weissmann effort.

“Let me tell you. It’s not who the president is. It’s who’s controlling the wallet of the president,” Varlay declares.
“And who’s that?” the OMG undercover honeypot responds.
“The hedge funds, BlackRock, the banks,” Varlay shoots back. “These guys run the world.”
So which is it, intelligence or corporations?First step, follow the money.
Our combined intelligence agencies spend $89.9 billion a year. Let's round that up to $90 billion, because these guys know how to hide money.
Black Rock oversees $9.1 trillion in assets. $9.1 trillion. So our intelligence agencies spend .01 percent of what Black Rock controls. And there's quite a revolving door between Black Rock and the federal government.
Now look at the multinational corporations. Valued at $2.2 trillion, Apple is richer than 96% of the world. In fact, only seven countries currently outrank Apple financially.
The corporations buy the politcians. More than two-thirds of Congress cashed a pharma campaign check in 2020: "it remains routine for the elected officials who regulate the health care industry to accept six-figure sums." Of course Barack and his foundation are holding out the tin cup.
Second step, the rock, paper, scissors analysis: The rich corporations own the politicans, including Barack. We're left with intelligence and caplitists. The corporations have the money, but the intelligence agencies have the guns. And the spy electronics.
Of course they know each other well. They got together to inflliuence the 2020 election. Recently, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce hosted former acting CIA Director Mike Morrell for a discussion to help multinational corporations engage with the fourth branch of government.
And it seems they all recently flew in their private jets to one location. Now, why in the world would they do that?
